Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Use the “Manage or cancel my plan” button on the home page to open your billing page. You keep Plus until the end of the month or year you've already paid for.
What does Plus unlock?
Unlimited use of the prompt coach, your own prompt library where you can save, view, copy, and delete prompts, and a friendly prompt tip in your inbox each morning.
Can I get a refund?
We don't give refunds for partly used months or years, with one exception: if you change your mind within 7 days of your first yearly charge, email hello@promptporch.app and we'll refund it in full.
Is tax included?
No. Tax is added at checkout where it applies.
